Dr. Charles (Charlie) Crane was raised in West Columbia, South Carolina and graduated from Airport High School. He attended Clemson University where he graduated Cum Laude and received a B.S. in Chemistry. Dr. Crane graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina and was the recipient of both the Quintessence Award for Achievement in Periodontics and the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics Award. While at MUSC, Dr. Crane volunteered at East Cooper Community Outreach free dental clinic in Mt. Pleasant and also participated in multiple mission trips to place such as Ecuador and Jamaica.
Dr. Crane lives in West Ashley with his wife, Cassie, and their white Labrador named Zoey. When he’s not in office, doing what he loves, Dr. Crane enjoys spending time out on the boat in the Ashley River and surfing out at Folly Beach.
